POLICIES - Debit/Credit card required at time of booking for the deposit. The deposit is no refundable. - Your appointment will be accepted or denied within 24 hours. - Forms of payment accepted is Cash, Debit/Credit cards, Zelle, Cashapp - 3.5% Card fee is added when paying with card - NO KIDS OR EXTRA GUEST ALLOWED UNLESS THEY ARE RECEIVING A SERVICE!
CANCELLATION POLICY
- You have 48 hours before your appointment to cancel and not lose your deposit. Even though your deposit is non refundable it could still be used for a different date AS LONG as you reschedule before the 48 hrs. - If you are running late please let me know! If there isn’t a client after you i may still be able to accommodate you but if not your appointment will have to be moved or cancelled. - If you no call no show you lose your deposit. And will be charged 20% of your service. - After two no call no show you will be banned from booking with me.
